The function of the calf womb is given by the following. For identification of eachindividual, each calf has its own ID number that can be registered by a readerline either in an animal box or at a free-range dining area. A state computerprovides an eating condition for a specific individual a number of times per day. To this identificationan RFID system with a passive tag containing the ID number is usedeach calf which tag can be read at a distance from the calf. Said state computergives the calf an eating state when individual factors, stored in the computer or in the systemmet otherwise, for the current ID number are fulfilled whereby a calf womb comprisinga bag is placed in place under a powder container with the correct amount of powder being addedthe bag. Then fl the bag with the powder is flushed to a tapping point for liquid and dishamount of liquid is added. Then air is forced into the bag and mixes the liquid with the powder.finished product, for example milk substitute, nutrient solution or the like. Calf-the breast is provided with a distribution valve which opens the bag of liquidthe mixture to a delivery channel such as a liquid line terminating with asuction nozzle, for example in the form of a pacifier and the calf can thus start drinking.
The bag can be changed frequently, for example once a day, and thus isthe construction of the bag which forms a large part of the inventive calfamman.

Description of the inventionFigure 1 shows an embodiment of a calf 10 which comprises aholder 11 with a supply opening 12 for partly nutrient powder and partly liquid. Ask-the holder 11 is further provided with a delivery channel 13 for distribution of finishedmixed nutrient solution. The delivery channel 13 is connected to the lower part of the container 11page 14 via a distribution valve 15 which is opened when the animal is to suck ready-mixednutrient solution via a suction nozzle 16, for example a pacifier, connected to thethe distribution channel 13. The distribution valve 15 can also be closed toprevent leakage from the container 11. The figure shows the distribution valve 15 in closedmode while open mode is indicated by the arrow. The suction nozzle 16 is provided with anon-return valve 17 which prevents leakage from the suction nozzle.
Furthermore, the calf ram 10 according to the embodiment shown is provided withtwo side-by-side mixer channels 181, 182 in relation to the container 11mixer channel has a media passage 191, 192 into the container 11 at each mixerchannel lower end 201, 202. As indicated in the figure, other embodiments can alsobe more suitable in which the media passage from the mixer channel 181, 182 into thethe holder 11 is formed as one or more holes 193, 194 along the mixing channel.
The upper end 203, 204 of each mixing channel is provided with an upper opening 205, 206.through which an air duct 207, 208 is inserted. Each air duct 207, 208 is connectedto an air source, not shown, as through a central duct 210 via an air distributor 211can force air into the container 11 through the mixing channels 181, 182 and the likemedia passage 191, 192 to the container 11 in the direction of the arrows.
The calf frame 10 is preferably designed as a bag in a plastic materialwherein said mixer channels can be produced by welds 18, 19 in materialalet. Furthermore, the bag is provided with holes 20 ', 20 "for hanging in a transport system.stem.2025306Figure 2 shows a part of a transport system comprising a powder lineAnd a fluid line 26 adjacent to an animal farm for animal husbandry.

The dosing container is equippedwith a metering valve 28 which is controlled to deliver the correct amount of powder to the calf.breast 10 by placing an individual registration plate 29 on the calf breast 10is matched with a first identification unit 301 on the dosing container 27 whereinthe metering valve 28 with information from the identification unit 301 opens andcloses for the correct amount of powder. Alternatively, the dosage of powder can be done completelymanually.
As can be seen from the figure, the calf frame 10 is slidably suspended on a carrying rope31. However, the suspension of the calf stem 10 may be made in other ways thanit showed, for example, by a hook attached to the holes in the calf's womb and to healthe calf womb is then hooked onto a carrying line or carrying rail.
Figure 3 shows the calf ram 10 in a second position when it has been filled withpowder and then slid further and placed for filling liquid from the liquid26, which usually contains water. Thus, the metering valve 28 hasclosed before the calf ram 10 slides on to the liquid filling. On the equivalentas in the case of powder filling, the individual registrationthe tray 29 on the calf stem 10 with a second identification unit 302 dosingliquid to the powder so that the consistency is the correct one with respect to the amountpowder.
As further shown in Figures 2-3, the calf stem 10 is connected via the air duct.207, 208 to the central duct 210, with air of suitable pressure being forced into thethe powder / liquid holder of a compressor 35, possibly via a pressure accumulatorto mix powder and liquid before the calf distribution valve 15 canopens.
For an opening of the distribution valve 15 of the calf 10, a matchingbetween the registration plate 29 of the calf 10 and the individualthe mixture is intended for. When this match matches, thethe bution valve and the animal can suckle out of the calf womb.
The identification and matching between powder refills described abovefluid replenishment, calving and the individual is monitored and controlled by acomputer. This state computer gives the animal eating status when individualized factors2025307stored in the system of the animal, that is, for a specific ID number, are met.
Figure 4 shows signal fl fates in a possible automated process according tothe finding. According to the figure, the powder dispensing system 41 and the liquid dispensingthe system 42 from a central computer 43. In the central computer there is an individual memory 44 thereindividual-specific information such as individual number, amount of powder for an individualmore, amount of fluid for an individual number, time between two consecutive mealspermission for an individual number is stored. On each individual "Kn" there is a tag 45containing the individual's number which tag can be read by a reader 46located in an animal box 47 or at a restaurant for free-ranging individuals. This tagIs preferably located at the neck or in the ear of the individual. The reading food-data stored in the individual memory 44 for the individual and upon conformitybetween the individual number and the correct time, the central computer 43 provides a control pulse to avamma 10 ,, to be placed at the powder dispensing system 41. Powder dispensingtakes place with the dose stored for the current individual number "n" in the individual memory 44.
After dispensing the powder, the calf ram 10.1 is moved to the liquid filling position.marked the line in the figure, where the correct amount of liquid for the amount of powder is filled incalf mother 10.1. Then the central computer 43 controls the compressor 35, or the air supplyfrom the compressor 35, for air mixing for a specified time corresponding tothe amount of powder and liquid in the calf womb. After mixing, the calf womb is addedanimal box 47 for nutrient intake. Or alternatively to the place to eat so that the calf'sIt must be possible to activate the valve if the calf registration plate 29 matchesthe individual's tag 45 and nutrient intake can then take place. The dosage of powder and / orliquid can be controlled by either a time window or by a flow meter. Of coursethe central computer 43 can be properly programmed to, among other things, loadto, change or delete individual-specific data from the individual memory 44. An alternativeembodiment is that the calf udder is taken to the feeding place to be mixed with air there.
The dosing valve can either be opened when an individual's calf is complete.mixed and then transported to the individual's animal box or it can bethe mixed veal is transported to a place of eating and there the dosing valve is opened.one if the right individual is recognized by the calf's registration plate.
Despite the described automated filling and mixing processManual handling of filling, mixing and distribution is a basichandling for the invention.
As an alternative to the embodiment shown in Figures 2-3, calf8be suspended so that it can be pivoted between the positions of the powder fillingand the position of the liquid filling.
The present invention is mainly adapted for box-placed animalsbut could also be used pre-eminently by appropriate adaptationof the identification system as indicated above.
